Guided Drawing Meditation

Hello everyone, I wanted to share with you this wonderful guided drawing meditation I found. This Meditation is from Wendy Ann Greenhalgh of Art of Mindfulness. Wendy is an artist, a writer, a teacher, a facilitator of and Creative Mindfulness workshops. She is an amazing resource and someone who inspires me in my practice so I thought I would share her with you!

I wanted to share with you my drawing because I want to emphasize that this is something that anyone can do. You do not need to be an artist...your art does not need to be pretty...This is about process, the process of creating in a mindful way.
